If you are full-time and in urgent need of a safe + reliable RV spot because of recent covid-19 closures until travel restrictions and park availability gets back to normal, we’re willing to immediately install two or more 30/50a electric posts to host you on private land. Please note these accommodations are not offered with ‘vacation’ hosting intentions.
The private property is located on a mountain in TN, 30mins NE of Chattanooga. The nearest grocery store is 12mins drive. Currently there are two RV families stationed here.
These are the accommodations:
– 30/50a electric hookup
– potable water at every pad
– sewer hookup at every pad
– gigabit internet cable ran to your RV or wifi available
– provided with one 50gal exterior trash can and two recycling bins. If > 2 bags weekly, tenants are asked to transport their own to the dump one time a week. It’s only 9 minutes away.
Please note this is not with intention to profit during these troublesome times and pricing is not a representation of what pricing may be at a later date after the conclusion of the Covid-19 crisis.
